Who are these playbooks designed for?

The playbooks are designed for orthopedic surgery residents, particularly those interested in foot and ankle surgery. They are also valuable for medical students, fellows, and attending surgeons who want a structured framework for resident development.

Who created the playbooks?

The playbooks were developed by Dr. Nicholas Strasser, a board-certified orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon and fellowship director. They are based on years of teaching residents in both the operating room and clinic.

Should I start with The Strasser Standard?

Yes. The Strasser Standard introduces the Trust Framework, Observer → Contributor → Owner → Multiplier progression, and the philosophy used throughout every PGY playbook.

Can I purchase only the PGY level I need?

Absolutely. Each playbook is available individually, or you can purchase the Complete Resident Bundle for the best overall value.

Are these physical books?

No. Every product is delivered as an instant digital PDF download.

How do I receive my purchase?

Immediately after payment you'll receive access to download your PDF. We recommend saving the file to your computer or tablet for future reference.

I didn't receive my download.

Can I download my purchase again?
